Tuesday, May 15, 2012, BRANDON, Fla. – VSI Tampa Flames and Central SC Cobras tied a hardly fought match on Sunday evening securing the Flames first point of the season after a 3-0 lost to the Charlotte Lady Eagles in Charlotte, NC on Friday night.

Flames capture first win in team history

Monday, May 7, 2012 - BRANDON, Fla. VSI Tampa Flames secured their first win in team history with an entertaining 3-0 win vs. Ft. Lauderdale Schulz Academy Sunday afternoon at J.C. Handly Park.

The game got off to an exciting start with the action going back and forth in the first half.  Both teams managed to get off three shots a piece but both goal keepers were up to the challenge and the teams went into the locker room at halftime tied at zeros.

Tuesday, March 23, 2012 - VSI Tampa Flames have been hard at work over the past month getting ready to open the season in May.  Back in November it was announced that VisionPro Sports Institute (VSI) had chosen to establish an international youth soccer academy in Tampa. As part of the new project, VSI would also operate teams in the PDL, W-League and Super-20 League starting in 2012, with a USL PRO franchise scheduled to begin play in Tampa in 2013.

Brandon, FL (September 17, 2011) - During a formal check presentation on November 16, 2011 Barnacles Restaurant presented a $5,000 check to the Brandon Outreach Clinic.  The check was raised through a partnership involving Barnacles Restaurant, Brandon Regional Hospital & Total Imaging-Parsons.  The month long fundraiser titled “Save A Breast…Eat A Wing” invited guests to visit Barnacles & for every wing basket sold the restaurant donated $2.00 to the cause.
