The Students find a faculty sponsor, organized the club, look for members and meet once a month to discuss their interest in lacrosse. In 2005, the Lacrosse Club's founder and President, Casey Colton, graduated from Newsome and the Club's faculty sponsor had passed away, so the Club ceased to exist.
